IR Specialty Foam carries a wide variety of Open Cell Products. Most Open Cell Foams are made from Polyurethane material which are formed in large blocks called Buns. These Buns are fabricated to either sheets or other parts as needed. Open Cell Foams are used for Upholstery, Packaging, Filtering, Sound Deadening, and Bedding. Open Cell foams have 2 distinct call outs, Density and Indentation Load Deflection(ILD).
